We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Tusina.shop. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt. - Return Requirements
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. - Return Process
Please contact our customer support team via email, specifying the item you wish to return.
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address.
Send the item and all original packaging to the designated address, marking the return authorization number on the outside of the package. - Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your payment account via the same method; the time it takes to receive funds may vary depending on your bank’s policies. - Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or was ordered incorrectly.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the cost of the return.
If you find any damage or error in the product upon receipt, please contact us immediately and we will promptly address the issue.
